Vtg 1960s Mattel Tutti Doll Dress Shirt Boots Panties Green Purse Flowers Lot

Shipped with USPS First Class Package.
Each article of clothing has some stains and fraying on the edges.
Not sure if all of this is Tutti. Could be some Barbie and or some Skipper clothing and accessories.
I believe there arw only Two Tutti items in this lot:
1. white rain boots
2. Jump rope
The rest does not appear to be Mattel, probably generic or homemade.
