Vintage Tutti enjoys the summer days playing with her friends wearing this tiny red and blue flower-print dress with white and green rick rack trim from the #3604 Skippin’ Rope ensemble! Item is in excellent condition with bright colors and no stains, fading, fray or holes. Both red buttons and button loops are still present on back. Tutti tag is frayed on the end.
