Vintage Barbie and Skippers Tiny Sister Tutti Brunette Doll 1965 by Mattel #3550
Super cute little Tutti doll.  She does have a few spots on her legs and could use a bit of cleaning, but overall she is nice.  She really needs a hairdo, but doesn't look like she's had any cuts.  The darker spots were from when I cleaned it and it got a little wet, so they dried fine.
