These are
green on tan
for wear on the
khaki
uniform shirt, ("Bravo" or "Charlie") and are standard size for
male
Marines.  They’re “new-in-package,” current regulation with flat-stitched edges.
(These chevrons are offered for the benefit of veterans and others who may not have access to the regular supply chain.)
The “three up and three down” of these chevrons, with the distinctive
diamond
(also referred to as a “lozenge”) in the center, identify the wearer as
First Sergeant!
This position, of course, is usually top NCO of a company, battery, or other unit of equal size.
These chevrons are BRAND NEW in package (but may not have same packaging depicted.)  Produced by Vanguard.  Embroidered on khaki (tan) twill with a flat-stitched edge and slightly stiffened backing.  Colors are clean & bright.  See ruler in photo for size comparison.
