condition (large split tearing along upper right and upper left fold lines, small fold line and centerfold tearings, tearing hole along left side in middle horizontal fold line,  left  small hole in upper centerfold, writings on back side very lightly visible through front), see picture. Format is approx 25" X 40" inches ( 64 X 100 cm.).
