Geoffrey Ellis Flutes. Condition is "Used". The flute for sale is a Geoffrey Ellis silk road flute which is a Scott August signature flute design. It playes a beautiful middle eastern scale but I'm not sure about the key, I believe that its in the key of E. Its made from highly figured curly maple wood and has Persian script carved and painted in the flute which stands for "The silk Road" and it also has Scott August's signature logo carved and painted. Its overall length is 30 5/8 inches. This is a rim blown flute so its recommended for an advanced player. It has a quena style notch and is a 6 hole flute and is good for a medium size or larger size hand. Not even sure if Geoffrey Ellis still makes this flute so it could become a collective thing later down the road. U.S. sales only.
