Antique 1897 Victorian Sewing Chattelaine Sterling silver Samuel Jacob Hallmarks. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Gorgeous Chattelaine! It is fully Hallmarked to 1897 by samuel jacob of london for Thornehill & Co. It includes a notepad that is silver plated but still period specific. The pencil is not marked but is tested as sterling silver. It is mechanical and retracts. The scissor sheath is an addition and is Hallmarked to a different date. There are no scissors with the sheath. Each cherub link is Hallmarked with a rampant lion. It weighs a total of  85.9 grams and measures 12" at the longest point and 1.5" wide.
May have some minor patina as it has not been cleaned. May have some minor scuffing or scratches. See photos for full details.
